My favorite aunt, Aunt Maryland, was always so sweet and kind to me when I was little and it was her lap I crawled into when I was six years old the day I learned my mother had died. My Aunt Maryland loved me and consoled me, that little boy, for hours that day. God brought Aunt Maryland home yesterday and I know one day she will be there smiling and waiting to welcome me home too when my day comes, which could have easily been last week in that car wreck. Everything can change in a split second and I know my Uncle Jerry understands exactly what that means today. My heart goes out to my favorite uncle ever, Uncle Jerry, who has ever only been out shined by his lovely wife, my Aunt Maryland, who is now forever healed in the Light. God bless you Aunt Maryland. I love you.
My heart breaks for you all. I remember Marilyn as such a sweet and happy lady. Praying for you all.
Deanna, love and prayers to all of you!

I knew Marilyn all my life, as my aunt Eula Kate (Gillespie) Bennett, married her Uncle Robert Lee Bennett. She always was a very nice Person and friend. She will be missed..

I will always remember her beautiful smile and loving nature as a friend of Deanna’s growing up. As an adult Jerry and Marilyn we’re inspiration for Danny and I in our marriage, they always looked so in love. She will be forever remembered.
There are no words to express the hurt that we feel for Jerry, Deanna, Derrick and all of the family. Marilyn was a special lady to a lot of people and she lived a life that made a difference in a lot of people’s lives. We are definitely better from knowing her and from having her in our lives. We pray that you will find comfort in knowing that she is with Jesus and no longer hurting. We love each of you and are praying for all the family.
