Debbie and Darla,ÂÂ
Shelly and I are so sorry for your loss. Your father was a very good man. I know that you have many wonderful memories. I am sure that he is enjoying being with your mother again.ÂÂ
We will have y’all in our prayers.ÂÂ
Dwight and Shelly
I worked with Ray at PPD and continued to have occasion to work with him after he went to ACSO. Ray was intelligent and dependable as an officer, but he was also honest and forthright as a person. I never saw him lose control of any situation and I never heard him use curse words. I always had great respect for Ray and always valued his counsel. By the way, he was good guitar picker, as well. ÂÂ
Sorry to hear about Rays passing. Ray was working at Palestine PD when I first started and I rode with him for a little while when I was a rookie. I remember he had a old Harley that he rode occasionally as motor unit in parades. Later Ray worked with us at the Anderson County Sheriffs Dept as a Supervisor. Rays knowledge of computer was very beneficial in getting the department into the computer age back then. He was a friend to lots of folks thru his many talents and will be missed.
Debbie & Darla,
My thoughts & prayers are with you at this
time of loss.
Elkhart Class of 1954 will miss Raymond. Peace to his family.
I am sooooooo sorry of Ray’s passing. I enjoyed performing with Ray on television in Palestine . We had a wonderful time during those hours, Ray also assisted me in my time of needs and troubles. I will miss him until we meet again in Heaven, God bless You Ray………. Ronny McCoy
