Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I was proud to call her my best friend. We have had some GOOD times together, and we have cried over some really bad times. We have raised our kids through phones calls, some of which came at late hours. I will miss our calls, I will miss our lunches, I will just miss her. You only have a few best friends in life and when you lose one, it is devastating. I love and will miss you my dear friend.

  2. Gone but never forgotten.  You will be missed my friend.

  3. Nancy was 1 of a kind.  I only got to know her after Jerry died and she came to my house for  a Christmas party.  We both smoked and found ourselves outside just the 2 of us.  We must have sit there an hour talking and the more we visited the more I admired her.  She was blunt and out spoken but she was also very sincere and had a meek softer side when it was just her and another.  She wouldn’t lie and she always made you feel welcome in her home.  She had a open door policy but you knew where you stood with her. She seldom ever run others down and was almost always happy.

She was a dear friend and she will be missed by many.  The ones that really knew her loved her unique way of looking at life.  RIP and we will meet again.

  4. Troy and LaWanda Pennington says:

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.  We always enjoyed our visits with Nancy and enjoyed our times together when she lived in Grapeland.

  5. We love you and as you know, she loved you so much!!!

  6. I remember all the long nights at Wal-Mart, working on module changes .  We laughed and cried,  and called ourselves singing to the latest country songs. Nancy had a way of making the long nights short with her laughter and positive outlook on life. She will be missed by many.  My prayer and thoughts are with you and your family.

  7. Nancy was our families forever friend. We loved her like a sister. We loved laughed and cried so many times over the years. We are just heart broken. She will be so missed.
