  6. Steve, Linda and family,
Your mother was one of the sweetest, dearest ladies I have ever known. She was always ready to greet you with a smile, a hug and sometimes, a delicious treat! Holding you all close In my thoughts and prayers.

  7. I so loved the Holmes’ when I was a part of Court Dr. church, helping with the food bank, and any and all activities they were involved with (which were many). They were who a younger Christian could strive to be like and were always available when advice was needed. Many people’s lives are better just from knowing them.
My deepest heartfelt condolences to all the family, friends, and loved ones of Mrs. Holmes, I pray God gives each of you peace and comfort at this time and each passing day.

  8. My heart broke for you all when I heard she was gone. I dearly loved Mildred. I never saw her without a smile no matter the situation. I know she had the biggest smile for Carroll when he met her at the pearly gates. What a truly precious Christian example. I will always hold a place in my heart for her. My prays for the memories to sustain you all through this heart breaking time
