Audie Chad Rodgers
November 10, 1955 ~ May 11, 2022
Audie Chad Rodgers, age 66, of Hilltop Lakes, Texas, was called home to his eternal home in Heaven on Wednesday, the 11th day of May 2022. Chad was born on the 10th day of November 1955, in Pasadena, Texas, to parents Hubert Monroe Rodgers and Rosalie Taylor Rodgers.
Chad worked for Wal-Mart as a truck driver for over 15 years, Trimble Swabbing, Inc., and retired from XTO after many years with the company. Chad was also the owner of Dogwood Bicycles in Palestine for several years. He was extremely mechanically minded and good with his hands, which made him the "go-to man" when it came to fixing anything. Chad enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles, wood working, and creating knives. To say Chad was a hard-working man would be an understatement. Chad dearly loved his wife, Pamela, and the life they built together. He approached each day with optimism fueled by his faith in God. Chad will always be loved and missed by his family and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Rosalie Rodgers, and sister, Debbie Holland.
Chad is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Pam Rodgers; brothers, Roy Raymond Rodgers and wife Carol, and Yancy Monroe Rodgers and wife Joan; brother-in-law, J.R. Holland; and many friends.

Praise GOD, my brother Yancy said it all in his post of our baby brother Chad. I loved him so much. I know that the Holy Spirit was in his brother Yancys tribute because I know in my heart that desire was in Chads Heart. Chad and I loved music and we would talk about music and songs we both loved. Through all his physical sufferings he did stand tall as a Mighty MAN OF GOD. Chad was and still is my HERO. PRAISE GOD. IN JESUS NAME I PRAY. ROY ROCKY RODGERS
I never got to meet Chad in person but knew him through his brother Yancy Rodgers. I was blessed to get to pray for him . He suffered a lot in his many illnesses and trauma he experienced that few ever have to experience. He just seemed to grow stronger in faith to God through each hill of difficulty he had to climb . I was amazed at the positive attitude he kept and determination to keep pressing on through each fiery trial he faced. He leaves us with a testimony that few ever get to experience and proof that God loved him dearly. Though I never got to meet you in person Bro Chad Im looking forward to to the day when we can greet each other in that heavenly home where Jesus is our Lord and King – love Bro Wes
Chad was such fun as a fellow Realtor in Palesine. He was upfront and honest, earning the respect of many.
I have many wonderful memories of my brother Chad but my most beautiful memories of him will always be watching him grow closer and closer to the Lord in all his sufferings. Especially the last few days. He submitted all his case to Him who judges righteously, and counted it a joy to suffer with Him. There is a suffering with Christ where you you manifest the Spirit of Christ. I saw that in my brother and could feel the presence of God around him. I dont believe Chad would want to be remembered as a mighty man of God but as a normal man with faith in a MIGHTY GOD!! Sometimes Christians forget our faith is not primary for this life. It is for the life to come. My brother Chad is in reality more alive now than he has ever been. We are the ones who are left behind and our real life has not even begun, but for Chad it has and hes with Jesus. I know this was long, but I believe this is what Chad would want me to say. I pray the memories of Chad will stir up Christians in their faith and non Christians to give their lives to Jesus. In Jesus Name. Yancy Rodgers
I never got to personally meet Chad but knew him through his brother Yancy Rodgers .I was blessed to get to pray for him as he suffered many hardships in this life that few of us ever have to go through. I was amazed at how through each illness or trauma he experienced he would always bounce back with a positive attitude and more faith in God . Each hill of difficulty he climbed just seemed to make him stronger in Christ . He leaves us all with a testimony that God loved him dearly and shared with him a relationship that not many ever experience. We love you Chad though we never got to meet in person, yet I really feel like I knew you . Looking forward to meeting you in that heavenly home one day where Jesus is our Lord and King – love Bro. Wes
