Oh my gosh, I will never forget when Eddie went with my mom, sister, babies, and I to pick up my wedding dress in Tyler. All of the kids kept blowing up his and Jessica’s phone asking when they’d be back home and they kept telling them soon. I made them spend the day with me! We picked up my wedding dress and walked around the plaza. We went into Ross and viviann saw a frozen cup she wanted. There wasn’t anyway her TÃo Eddie wasn’t getting it for her. I put it back and she put her head down, he went behind me and grabbed it! That man couldn’t ever let her just leave the store without having to leave with her having EVERYTHING she WANTED. I told him she didn’t need the cup and he said “yes she does. Look at her face. It’ll keep her cold drinks cold all day long until the next day.†We went to several other stores and went into another Ross, we were searching for outfits for our older sister,Elaina’s daughter’s,15th. I saw a beautiful pink dress and as we gathered up all whatever else we wanted we were walking to the checkout and this man snatched the dress from my hands (he saw me seconding guessing) and said “I’M GETTING IT FOR MAMAS!†I couldn’t ever tell this man no! I mean, who could? Let’s be honest Eddie was pretty stubborn. There were so many good laughs that day. He helped me pick out the whole rest of my wedding outfit. I’ll never forget February 24,2023. I’m truly so thankful to have finally gotten a WHOLE entire day with him and my sister. We didn’t get home until almost 8pm!! Then they lost the keys and I said “oops looks like we’re having a slumber party.†I wish I had a picture of his and my sister’s facial expression, lol!! Eddie is always going to be missed and remembered. He was SO loved. I’m so thankful for God allowing us this short time with him. I’m thankful my babies were so loved by him. I’m thankful to have had Eddie in my life. No matter what I could always count on him. Always there when I call and needed.
We will miss you nephew forever
Love you Aunt Kat and Uncle Larry
I have so many memories with Eddie I can’t just tell one! He was a very special person to me. He was always there to help me not matter what time of day or night. I’ve known him his hole life and I will miss his sweet face! He had a heart of gold but at the same time didn’t put up with any crap! He was a great friend, son, father, brother, uncle, and cousin! I’ll miss his beautiful smile! Rest in peace and I’ll see ya on the other side….we still have a ride to take buddy!! So get ready because it will happen. Love you and will miss you!
He was a super cool dude!
Sorry I couldn’t be there, Eddie has always been one of my favorite people in the world. He was always full of energy and willing to help out anyone.i’ll never forget New Years Eve back in 99′ or 2000 outside of Fairfield,TX. Me,John & Winford were playing around outside by a big bonfire and my teeth got knocked out; Eddie was right there to pull out some more of my teeth with some pliers laughing the whole time.now that was funny. I will miss you man.My heart â¤ï¸ and prayers goes out to John, Marie & Stacie & kids and everybody 🙠ðŸ™ðŸ™ Love Yall…!!!!
