Joy Kathelene Chandler, age 70, of LaRue, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, the 11th day of December 2023, with her loving family by her side. She was born on the 28th day of March 1953, in Plainview, Texas, to parents Lloyd Shedd and Elizabeth Crabb.
Mrs. Chandler was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who treasured her family above all else. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
Mrs. Chandler's life will be celebrated with a private burial to honor her at a later date.

My Sweet Cousin Kathy….
A wonderful person who always took care of her family first. She loved the Lord and I know I will see her again in Heaven!!!
So many good memories of my sweet cousin. Playing at grandma’s, staying at their house in plainview, getting scared by a peeping tom at their house Lol. Growing up , teenage years. Loved her laugh & smile. Loved spendong time with her. She will be missed.
