I had the pleasure to meet Kristin for a brief moment at the office where I work and saw the wonderful way she loved her beautiful daughter, and how her daughter loved her in return. My heart and prayers go out to the entire family who will feel the loss of such a beautiful spirit.
When me and my family moved here in 07 your momma( Aunt Danya) took us in and gave us a place to stay. Hell we were kids. Not long after I met you and from day one we were cousins. Then I met Katie your little sister and again I gained another cousin. You were staying with Nana in Elkhart and you were going to school and my bad self was running the streets but as soon as you got out of school I would come to Nanas house and we hung out all the time. We say each other almost every day. We got in trouble and had some good times smoking Marlboro smooths and late nights talking about nothing with Tim, crystal, my brother Mike, Shelby and sherry. Those days were so much simpler back then. We grew up and life dragged us in different directions. We saw each other a lot and even lived together then life hit its hardest point for both of us and I didn’t see you again until after I got out of prison. That’s when I met Mady. She was already tall and grown almost it seemed like. Such a sweet young lady who had her goofy side like I did. Then life hit again and years went by yet again and your mom passed and my brother passed and then I find out I was having a little girl and decided to move back home. Then one day out of the blue I see you at Walmart about to pop your third baby out. You were going in the next day. That was the last time I saw you. I got to see Mady grow on Facebook and being well taken care of by Shelby and her amazing wife. She was so much like you. To lose you both makes this world a lesser place. Rest easy cousin and Mady. Tell nana and aunt Dana I said hi and watch over Katie and her husband and babies and keep watch over Shelby and her family. I’ll see you on the other side when I get there. Love you
My precious Kris. I’ve known you for a long time baby, longer than even your mom remembered. I’ll always remember our last talk. Your climb is done baby, that mountain will never be a problem again. Fly baby, fly.
Kristin and I grew up together she was an amazing person I remember I had bought a bunny rabbit and Kristin wanted one so bad her mom drove her to get one instead they got chickens and she was beyond so excited to get a chicken she will be missed
Kris was a hardworking and hard loving woman. She was there for so many people. Helping, emotional support anything they might have needed. Her children were her world. She was so excited to move back in with Virginia and be able to pause and take care of herself. Her smile would light the room up! She will be missed by so many. The world has lost a bright light, but heaven is the recipient of a wonderful soul. Rest in peace Kris and Mady. Love Annette
