Kreg Carston Arneson

Kreg Carston Arneson, age 65, of Palestine, Texas, passed away on Monday, the 9th day of June 2025 at his home. He was born on the 7th day of October 1959 to parents Robert Arneson and Jeanette Jenson. Kreg had a lifelong passion for motorcycles and cars. His eyes would light up with excitement at the sight of a classic engine or the sound of a motorcycle revving.
Kreg is survived by his children, Kresta Dawn Arneson and Kreg "Duke" Arneson, who were the pride and joy of his life. His laughter and wisdom will also live on in the hearts of his beloved grandchildren, whom he loved more than words can express.

Kreg was an awesome dude he shared his home with me when I dated his daughter and he was just an all-around awesome person to be around I’m going to miss you kreg im glad I got to know you u were a good friend and helped me out a lot when I needed it thanks for everything
Kreg was my neighbor, he was the first person to welcome me to the neighborhood he was the nicest guy I’ve ever met he was so thoughtful and generous he will be missed
Kreg and I became very close in 1974 when I moved to Benicia and we worked on my Cougar with Willy Hamilton, we went to Sears Point to bracket races and ran the Cougar down the strip. I had a ‘65 big that had gas gauge that didn’t or did work, anyways I ran out of gas multiple times and I’d call Kreg and he’d drop what he was doing and bring gas, never letting me pay, he was the best friend I ever had! I’m glad you’re not suffering Kreg, see you again one day!
