Kris Reagan
November 17, 1982 ~ June 26, 2025
Kristopher "Kris" Scott Reagan, age 42, of Elkhart, Texas, passed away on Thursday, the 26th day of June 2025, surrounded by family following a tragic automobile accident in North Carolina. He was born on the 17th day of November 1982 in Freeport, Texas to parents David Reagan and Tammy Keck Reagan.
A long-time employee of Bandana Installation in Elkhart, Texas, Kris was passionate about his work in metal fabrication. His colleagues admired him for his dedication and the meticulous care he brought to every project. Kris's love for working with metal was matched only by his commitment to excellence and his reputation as a hard worker who always gave his best.
Kris was a devoted husband and best friend to his wife, Michelle Reagan, with whom he shared a bond that was truly special. Together, they nurtured a beautiful family, including their children, Trinity, Kasen, and Harper Reagan, who were Kris's pride and joy. Being a daddy was the role he cherished most, and he excelled at it with every fiber of his being. His children will carry forward the strength, kindness, and humor that their father embodied.
In addition to his immediate family, Kris is survived by his parents, David and Tammy Reagan; his in-laws, Carolyn and David Gannon; and his sister, Nancy Dore, and her husband, Daniel. A special thanks to Barrett Chronister and Jim Davenport for their continued friendship through the years. Kris's absence will also be felt by numerous other relatives and friends who were touched by his generous spirit and unwavering friendship.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mary and George Keck, and Willie and Earline Reagan.

We’ve been friends since kindergarten—before we even knew what real friendship meant. From those early days of crayons and playground games to navigating life’s bigger moments, we’ve grown up together, side by side. You’ve been there through laughter and tears, first crushes, school struggles, inside jokes no one else could understand, and all the in-between moments that make up a life. You weren’t just my best friend—you became family. It’s rare to find someone who truly knows you at every stage of life, and I’m so grateful we had that in each other. You will be missed more than words can express. You were my best friend and family. I will carry your memory with me always.
Michelle, we are so very sorry to hear about your family’s tremendous loss. Sending love, hugs and prayers.
We were so sorry to hear of this tragedy, and are praying for all of your family. Kris was one of my favorite students, and was a pleasure to work with at school in the role of father to his children. This loss is huge, and we know that the hurt is unbearable. Please know that you are remembered in thoughts and prayers as you go through this time of grief and loss.
I am so sorry for your loss Michelle, Tammy & David, Carolyn & David, my prayers are with you and your family. I have very fond memories of coaching Kris, or Taz as we called him in Little League. It’s been even more special to have seen him grow into the good man & father that he was. Whenever I saw him he was always happy & had a kind word to say. You will be missed Kris.
Michele words can not express how sorry I am for your loss. Also for his Mom and Dad.. All of you shall and has been in my prayers. Hug your little ones because I know they are feeling his loss.

Tammy and family, so sorry for your loss. May the blessings of heaven comfort you. Praying the sweet Lord will give you strength during this time of sadness’. 🙏
Tammy and all the family, my heart goes out to you. May God give you comfort during this time.
Love to each of you.
Kris was one of my sons’ best friends. David Glenn Reed and Kris were buddies during their school years at Elkhart High School. Kris lived with us momentarily under teenager circumstances. Nevertheless, Kris was loved like our own during their years of teenage confusion. Now the two of them are together again or at least passed by each other at least to say hello and to know that Jesus is for real. We pray for strength for his family during this time as it takes a long journey to make it through the storm of grief. God Bless you through the days ahead. I cannot make it as I have to work. Accept whatever is sent as a gift of love from our family to yours.
Love
David and Darla Reed, family
