On Tuesday, December 6, 2016, Cheryl Lynn Istre went to be with her Heavenly Father at the age of 50. She was born on August 26, 1966 in Abbeville, Louisiana to Jeffery James Turner, Sr. and Linda Lee Touchet. Cheryl was loved and adored by her husband of 16 years, Roy Welch of Elkhart, Texas.
She leaves behind her husband Roy, daughter; Heather Nichole Istre, three sisters; Jill Turner Regeur, Cindy Ann Turner and Denise Michelle Turner, one brother; J.J. Turner, Jr..
Cremation services are under the direction of Rhone Funeral Home, 3900 S. State Highway 19, Palestine, Texas 75801.

I will miss her terribly. I was lucky enough to have her in my life. She was a Joy to hang out with. I know that she is in heaven and maybe I go to heaven I will get to hang out with her some more. 👼
