It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our precious baby girl, Jessilea Blair McCauley, who came into our world and returned to heaven on the 13th day of July 2026.
Though her life was brief, the love she sparked is infinite. Jessilea was deeply loved from the very moment we knew of her existence. She brought immense hope, joy, and anticipation into our lives, and the footprints she left on our hearts will remain forever.
Jessilea's memory will be kept alive by her parents Thomas and Kaylea McCauley, who will always hold the beautiful moments they shared dreaming of her future. She is also held in the hearts of her siblings, Abbey, Levi, Briggs, and Bryer; a devoted extended family of grandparents, Charlie and Tonya Clower, Michael and Charmaine Wilkinson and Becky McCauley; along with aunts, uncles, and cousins who looked forward to welcoming her into the world.
She is greeted in heaven by those who passed before her including her grandfather Obie McCauley, and great-grandparents, Ed and Jessie Shelley, and will be safely held until her family meets her again.
Jessilea Blair McCauley was wanted, celebrated, and deeply loved from the very beginning. Though she never blinked her eyes or took a breath, she is profoundly missed and will never be forgotten.
The family is deeply grateful to Dr. Jessica Charest and the nurses at UT Health in Tyler for the exceptional care they provided.
