  6. When I was growing up, I always knew Commie simply as”Junior” and thought he was one of the coolest guys around. I loved the times we spent together and roughnecking with him and Doug on a couple of Tucker rigs. I always admired his zest for life and the decent way he treated other people. God bless ya, my longtime friend!

  9. JR was one of the greatest men of all times. He was like a brother to me even tho we were cousins. We had many laughs about the times we were all kids (4 cousins) Jr and I always teamed up together against my brother (JIM) and cousin (DONNA) . We were the youngest of the 4 so we had to stand our ground for sure. We laughed about one time we were all at our Grandmother’s house and of course we were in a big fight. My Grandmother says to us 4 you all are driving me crazy, well we took it to heart and Donna and I ran over to the nearest folks and told her MOM was going CRAZY. Needless to say the lady drove us back home and to check on MOM , who was very embarrassed to say the least since we had told the lady MOM had gone CRAZY. OH forgot that JR had got a washcloth and was trying to wash Mom’s face to get her back to life, HA!! I loved my JR with all my heart and will forever miss him. I cannot put in words how much he meant to me. Love you my brother. Susie
