Michael Lloyd Dean, age 60, of Palestine, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, the 13th day of June, 2018. He was born on the 25th day of January, 1958 in Baytown, Texas to Don L. Dean and Margaret Skidmore Dean. Michael was an Army Veteran and Dallas Cowboys Fan. He enjoyed fishing and gambling, especially playing slot machines.

Michael Dean is preceded in death by his father, Don Dean and brothers, Don Larry Dean Jr., Raymond Lawrence Dean and Patrick Lynn Dean.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Leigh Johnson Dean; mother, Margaret Dean; daughters, Dana Skorupski, Courtney Dean, Kimberleigh Dean, Kendall Dean, Mckenzie Dean; son, Michael Dean Jr.; sister, Bobbie Sue Cates; grandchildren, Genevieve Marie Skorupski, Anthony Joseph Skorupski and Kaison Thomas Blanchard.

Funeral services for Michael Lloyd Dean will be conducted at ten o'clock in the morning on Saturday, the 16th day of June, 2018 in the Rhone Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Arnold Cemetery in Wells, Texas.

Friends are cordially invited to visit with the family one hour prior to the service at Rhone Funeral Home.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Mikey Myers, Mike Myers, Troy Castrow, Cody Castrow, Raymond McKanna, Joseph Bammel, Clint Blanchard and Michael Dean Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be the Highlands Volunteer Fire Department.

Funeral services for Michael Lloyd Dean are in care of Rhone Funeral Home, 3900 S. State Highway 19, Palestine, Texas.
