Raindrops are falling on my head,
but that doesn’t mean my eyes will soon be turning red,
crying’s not for me.
Because I’m never going to stop the rain by complaining,
Because I’m free.
Nothing’s worrying me.
Trish, you were by big sister. I remember being sick, and you singing that song to me, over and over, trying to cheer me up. Then it got to the point that was our song. I will always remember that the sun will shine, you’re here, in my heart forever, and in my mind with this song. Since you’ve passed, all I can do is think about this song. I keep trying to remember that the us will shine again, but it will be so much duller now that you are not here to sing it to me, one more time I would love to hear your voice, talk to you, to tell you how much you mean to me. I would love to hear you sing this right now, to make the sun shine for us all. You were the sun, bright, shinning, and full of warmth! Heaven has an angel, and the world is a duller place now. With a saddened, lonely, vacant part of our lives gone….you’ve left a legacy. You will always be loved. I will always love you, and remember that the sun will shine again, eventually. But for now…those raindrops are falling.
Love, Terri
May it burn with your warmth and kindness.
Love Terri and Allan
What a sweet spirit you were. Thank you for being in my life. Even though it’s been many year’s since we last seen each other, I’ve always remembered your kindness. Peace
