Sue Magee Fraim, age 70, of Montalba, Texas passed from this life into her eternity with Jesus on February 28, 2017 at her residence. She was born on December 31, 1946, in Palestine, Texas to W.D. Magee and Grace Ward Magee. Sue was a devoted housewife, mother and grandmother who deeply loved her children and grandchildren. She loved her church family and enjoyed serving the Lord and her community of Blackfoot. She was a dedicated and faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church. Sue married William Fraim on August 27, 1966 and was a devoted and loving wife. She was preceded in death by her parents and her, Jim Magee.

She leaves behind her husband of 50 years, William Fraim; daughter, Shanna Carter and husband Mark of Portland, Texas; sons, Kendall Fraim of Athens, Texas and Daron Fraim and wife Amy of Whitehouse, Texas; sister, Marie Burch of Salem, Oregon; brothers, George Magee, Bill Magee both of Montalba, Texas and M.L. Magee of Pollock, Texas; grandchildren, Casey Meismer, Trey Meismer, A.J. Carter, Luke Fraim, Kaila Fraim, Nathan Fraim and Olivia Fraim.

Funeral services for Sue Magee Fraim will be at Friendship Baptist Church at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2017 with Bro. Lynn Stroud officiating. Casket Bearers will be Steve Magee, Scott Magee, Gregg Magee, Mark Magee, Eric Magee, Rand Magee, Casey Meismer, Trey Meismer, A.J. Carter, Luke Fraim and Nathan Fraim. Interment will follow in the Rock Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Rhone Funeral Home from 5:00 to7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to the building fund for Friendship Baptist Church.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fraim are under the direction of Rhone Funeral Home, 3900 S. State Highway 19, Palestine, Texas 75801.

  5. Sue and I worked together in the pharmacy at memorial hospital and it is one of my fondest memories. She was such a delight and made everyone happy just being with her.

  15. Sue was always a fun person to be around. She was very positive and faithful toward her church, husband, and children. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. Though I have not been able to visit Sue since I moved to San Angelo 11 years ago,, she has always been in my heart.

  19. How do I express my sorrow when I received the news of the death of one of best childhood friends?.We were so close from the first grade through high school., even through Jr. college. I was the tall/chubby one,Sue the petite one. We were often referred to as to the cartoon characters Muff & Jeff. So if you can hear me,remember the good times,
